What we do :

The company's primary goal is to produce and distribute high quality standard fresh and frozen cheeses, paying particular attention to raw materials selection and production processes. Just as our raw materials are carefully selected and certified, so too are our production processes. Fanucchi dairy is GHP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and BRC certified and offers a wide range of products, including traditional mozzarella balls, mozzarella blocks for pizza, processed and analogue cheeses, string cheese, cheese snacks, spreadable cheeses, and much more.
In order to provide a better service for our customers, we also created a distribution company: Yummy Foods.

Our history :

Our adventure starts in Italy at the beginning of 1900 from a family tradition that was deeply connected to the milk’s world and dairy processing. From father to son this tradition was handed down for 4 generations and in 2018, we decided to bring our knowledge and passion in the Kingdom of Thailand in order to provide the market with high quality cheese products.
